When you purchase Editor Insights for Elementor, you receive a non-exclusive license to access our official downloads, updates, support, and license services in accordance with the plan you purchased and these Terms & Conditions.
Your purchase gives you access to plugin updates, licensed downloads, and support for the period or subscription term associated with your purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Editor Insights for Elementor includes code licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, and may include other compatible open-source licenses for certain components. Your rights to the plugin code are governed by the applicable open-source license(s).
These Terms & Conditions govern your commercial relationship with AZKM Design SRL, including billing, official downloads, license-key access, updates, support, and related services.
Your license key is issued for your own authorized use only. It must not be shared, sublicensed, resold, published, distributed, or made available to other individuals, businesses, agencies, clients, or third parties except where your purchased license explicitly allows that use.
Sharing a license key with others, or using one license key across unauthorized websites or accounts, may result in suspension, deactivation, or termination of access to license-related services without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account, login credentials, and license key. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account or license key has been accessed or used without permission, you should contact support as soon as possible.
You may use Editor Insights for Elementor only in a lawful manner and only as intended. You must not use the plugin or related services in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or website platform policy.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make available your license key, customer account, or access to our official updates, support, download services, or licensing platform except where your purchased plan explicitly allows that use.
You may not attempt to bypass license validation, subscription requirements, download restrictions, update restrictions, or other technical protection measures built into the plugin or its licensing platform.
You may not use the service in a way that interferes with, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on the licensing system, update system, or download infrastructure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights granted under the applicable open-source license(s) for the plugin code itself.
Access to plugin updates, licensed downloads, and support may require an active and valid license. If your license expires, is canceled, is unpaid, or becomes inactive, access to certain services or features may be limited or removed.
Support is provided at our discretion and may be limited to issues related to the plugin itself, supported environments, and currently licensed customers.
If you purchase Editor Insights through a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the pricing and billing interval shown at checkout, unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms provided at the time of purchase.
If a payment fails, your access to updates, downloads, or other licensed services may be suspended until billing is resolved.
Editor Insights for Elementor includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting AZKM Design SRL at hi@editorinsights.dev.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period may be declined at our discretion.
Editor Insights for Elementor, including its branding, website content, documentation, licensing platform, and other non-code materials, remains the intellectual property of AZKM Design SRL or its licensors. The plugin code is licensed under the applicable open-source license(s). Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, branding, hosted services, or proprietary materials.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the plugin, licensing platform, support offering, or related services at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Editor Insights for Elementor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every environment, or suitable for every use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to the use of the plugin or licensing services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Editor Insights for Elementor shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license.
We may suspend or terminate access to the license, downloads, updates, support, or related services if these Terms & Conditions are violated, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of a license key.
